Customer Profile - Country Kitchen
Founded in Cincinnati Ohio in 1939, Country Kitchen has grown from modest beginnings that evolved into a franchise owner / operator model beginning in 1958.  A unique restaurant in American history, Country Kitchens have evolved to meet changing consumer lifestyles. Country Kitchens have served the public as a nickel hamburger stand, a full-service diner, a hip drive-in, a breakfast & coffee shop, and in current times a contemporary full-service restaurant.  The Country Kitchen restaurant located in the Twin Cities suburb of New Hope Minnesota is a franchised owner / operator full-service restaurant serving a wide variety of food to their customers.

The Situation
The owner of the Country Kitchen was frustrated by the dingy appearance and overall condition of the restaurant's acoustical ceiling.  He was faced with an expensive replacement of the entire ceiling plus a significant loss of business revenue to shut down the restaurant for 2-3 days.

The Pro-Clean Solution - A Fresh Look

Customer Profile - Blackwoods Grill & Bar
The Blackwoods Grill& Bar located in the Northwestern Twin Cities suburb of Otsego Minnesota, is an upscale restaurant and lounge providing customers with a fine dining experience.  Customers of the Blackwoods live within a 50 mile radius of the restaurant.

Situation
The manager of the Blackwoods was concerned about the time and costs required for nightly mopping of 3,000 square feet of tile flooring in the dining, bar, and kitchen areas.  The manager had a further concern about whether the floor cleaning done by the a staff tired by a long day of work at Blackwoods would consistently meet the standards for routine health department inspections.

The Pro-Clean Solution - A Cleaner Result

Customer Profile - Dobos Restaurant
Dobos Restaurant is family owned located in Loretto Minnesota, part of the growing Western Twin Cities suburbs.  Dobos' customers live within the local area and enjoy American-style "comfort food" for breakfast and lunch as well as fresh goods from a bake shop.  Dobos also provides catering services and has been a Pro-Clean Client Since 2001.

Situation
Dobos was looking for a new cleaning service because of a concern over potential theft by employees of their existing cleaning service.
